IMPORTANT PRACTICE UPDATE

Effective September 4, 2026, Celso Calori’s Ontario acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine practice is closing as he returns to Brazil.

Custody of the patient records from his closing practice will transfer to Dr. Jennifer Fawcett, DC, who will act as successor Health Information Custodian. The records will remain securely stored, protected and available for lawful access, correction and transfer requests.
